Every roof plane is measured. You get slope, pitch, length, width, and total square footage. Ridge, hip, valley, and eave lengths are listed. The report works for shingle, metal, tile, and flat roof estimates.
Wall areas are calculated per elevation. The report shows total wall square footage minus openings. Gable ends and dormer walls are included. Use the data for siding, stucco, or exterior paint bids.
Each window and exterior door is counted and sized. The report lists quantity, width, and height. This helps with trim, flashing, and glass replacement estimates. No need to measure openings manually.
