XML for Symbility®. ESX for Xactimate®. PDF for documentation. You choose the format when you order.
When you order a roof report from SketchMyRoof, you select XML at checkout. That XML file is built for Symbility®. It contains every measured plane, slope, ridge, hip, valley, and eave. No manual takeoffs. No field sketches. Just the numbers, ready to import.
Open Symbility®. Use the import function to load the XML file. The roof data populates directly into your claim or estimate. You get the same measured dimensions we deliver to Xactimate® users, but in the format your software expects. Same-day delivery if you order before the daily cutoff.
Importing an XML roof report into Symbility® is a straightforward process. SketchMyRoof provides the XML file you need, measured from detailed property data. You get accurate dimensions without climbing a ladder or walking a slope.
An XML roof report is a data file that contains measured roof dimensions. It is formatted for Symbility®. The file includes slopes, ridge lengths, hip and valley lengths, eave lengths, and total square footage. It does not include a visual diagram. It is pure data for your estimating software.
Go to the SketchMyRoof order page. Enter the property address. Select XML as your report format. Complete the order. We process the property and deliver the XML file to your email. Orders placed before the daily cutoff are delivered the same day.
Open Symbility® and start a new claim or open an existing one. Locate the import or data load function. Select the XML file you received from SketchMyRoof. The roof measurements will appear in your estimate. You can review and adjust as needed.
