Reports start at $19, priced per report. There is no subscription, no monthly fee, and no minimum volume. Bulk ordering is available for portfolios and storm responses.
The ESX is the Xactimate® project format and imports the measured roof directly into the estimate. XML is available for Symbility® users, chosen at order time. A PDF report is an optional add-on for documentation, desk reviews, and claim files.
Standard orders are delivered the same business day when placed before the 6 PM cutoff. Orders after cutoff are delivered the next business day.
Reports are available for property addresses across the United States and Canada. You order online by typing the address; there is no site visit, ladder, or appointment.
Every roof facet with its pitch, total area and squares, and ridge, hip, valley, eave, and rake lengths on a labeled diagram. Wall reports give net siding area by elevation with openings accounted for, plus trim lengths.
