Enter your email and password. Every roof report you have ordered appears in a list sorted by date. Click any order to see the address, the report type, and the download links.
Each roof order includes an ESX file that imports directly into Xactimate®. The measurements are already there. No manual entry. No field sketch.
Add a PDF to any order at checkout. The PDF shows the roof plan, slope, and measurements. Use it for file documentation or to share with a homeowner.
If you work in Symbility®, choose XML at order time. The file contains the same measured data formatted for your estimating system.
Orders placed before the daily cutoff are delivered the same day. Log in to check the status of any order. Completed reports are ready to download.

Each order includes an ESX file for Xactimate®. If you selected XML at order time, that file is for Symbility®. A PDF is available as an optional add on.
Yes. From your account dashboard you can invite team members. Each user gets their own login and can see only the orders you assign.
