Order a roof reportA SketchMyRoof report gives you accurate roof and wall measurements ordered by the property address and delivered the same day. Each order is delivered as an ESX for Xactimate®, or as an XML for Symbility® users, with a PDF available as an add-on, so you can estimate without getting on the roof.
A roof report breaks the roof into every facet, with total area, squares, predominant pitch, and ridge, hip, valley, eave, and rake lengths. On an integrated order the ESX loads straight into Xactimate®, so the roof is measured before you even schedule your inspection.
A wall report gives net siding area by elevation, with window and door openings already accounted for, plus trim lengths and a labeled diagram for each side of the house.
Adjusters and contractors order the same report. The ESX imports into Xactimate® and the numbers support the estimate when the carrier reviews the claim.
