Siding measurements are the foundation of an accurate exterior estimate. Ordering by address gives you a complete takeoff without a site visit. The report is built for the adjuster and the contractor.
Every wall plane is measured. Gables, dormers, and rake walls are included. Openings such as windows and doors are subtracted. The result is a net siding area you can use in your estimate.
Each window and door is listed with its dimensions. Corner trim, soffit, and fascia are measured separately. You do not have to guess or scale from a photo.
The standard deliverable is an ESX file. It imports directly into Xactimate® with all planes and openings mapped. No manual entry. No transcription errors.
If you work in Symbility®, choose XML at order time. The file is formatted for that ecosystem. Same data. Same accuracy.
A PDF report is available as an add on. It shows every measurement in a readable format. Useful for file notes, customer presentations, or paper records.
You do not need to visit the property. The report is produced from current data. You get the measurements without the risk or the travel.
