From a real SketchMyRoof report.
Order by the property address and the roof comes back as an XML for Symbility®, with every facet, pitch, and length measured and structured for the claim.
Order a roof reportYou order the roof by address and the report is delivered the same business day on standard orders, so the measurements are ready before the inspection.
A SketchMyRoof XML roof report serves adjusters and contractors who work in Symbility®, CoreLogic™'s claims platform. You order the roof by the property address and the XML comes back the same day on standard orders, with every facet, pitch, and line length measured. Xactimate® users order the same roof as an ESX instead; both formats come from the same measured roof.
Every roof facet with its pitch, the total area and squares, and the ridge, hip, valley, eave, and rake lengths, structured so the measurements drop into your Symbility® estimate instead of being retyped.
The XML serves Symbility® workflows. If you estimate in Xactimate®, order the same roof as an ESX. A PDF is available as an optional add-on for documentation and the claim file.
You order by the property address and the report comes back the same business day on standard orders. There is no site visit, no ladder, and no appointment to schedule.
Adjusters, estimators, and contractors order from the same measured roof, so the estimate and the bid are written on one agreed set of numbers regardless of platform.
Yes. The XML is the format Symbility® users order, and it carries the measured roof so the estimate is written on real numbers.
Order the ESX. It is the Xactimate® project format and imports the roof sketch and measurements directly into the estimate.
Most standard orders are delivered the same business day, so the roof is measured before the inspection.
